9.Difference of AH-1000 and AH-ZF1000:

• 01:the AH-ZF1000 have eye mark sensor and distance sensor(picture please find attached),use motor pull the film,so AH-ZF1000 suit to the package film with patterns ,AH-1000 suit to the package with no patterns or patterns replacement allowed.

• 02:the AH-ZF1000 is big than AH-1000.

2.how many grams /ml you want to pack?

a.for the paste packing machine,it using Cylinder work, so need air compressor. The material needs to be drawn into the cylinder and then into the former for packaging.can filling 10-500g. using complex films.

b.for the granule packing machine,Use measuring cup, a measuring cup corresponds to a

weight, need to be customized. Set cup can do more than one weight.Normal is 10g-1000g.

c.for the liquid packing machine,can using for water juice and milk packing.Normal size is width150mm*length145mm. the length can adjust. using PE plastic films.normal is 10ml-1000ml.

d.for the powder packing machine,it using screw feeding,Set the spiral coil represented by the weight, accurate measurement, but it is best to send samples to manufacturers. normal is 10g-100g.

3.The sealing way.
shape of bags. it include back(pillow) sealing.3 sides sealing ,4 sides sealing.normal,suggest back sealing and 3 sides sealing ,is easy for adjust and using.

4.The size of the bags you want.

a.for the paste, granule, powder packing machine ,width can do 20mm-190mm. length can do 20-270mm.

b.for the liquid packing machine,width is 30-150mm,length can do 30mm-200mm.

5.The date printer. Can print the production date and shelf life, generally 3-4 lines, liquid machine 1 line.

6.The Voltage transformer. most Chinese machine is using 220v/50hz.

7.plug. Chinese using Three-hole flat plug.

8.Continuous bag.
